Committees & Councils

Policy Committee

Mission - Provides leadership to the Board's operation, establishes goals, review and approves work plans, and suggests areas for improvement.

Diversity and Inclusion Committee (D&IC)

Mission - To sustain and enhance an inclusive federal work environment that recognizes, appreciates, and embraces the rich cultures and talents of its diverse employees.

Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC)

Mission - Coordinate the exchange of up-to-date, accurate and consistent information among local Federal agencies during emergency situations as well as keeping member agencies informed of the latest Homeland Security Initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with local emergency management agencies. Sponsor and support interagency training and exercises designed to strengthen and test emergency preparedness and COOP plans capabilities.

Federal Service Excellence Awards (FSEA)

Mission - Responsible for planning and executing the annual Federal Service Excellence Awards Luncheon Program.

Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC)

Mission - The Local Federal Coordinating Committee provides leadership for the Cincinnati Metro Area Combined Federal Campaign to ensure effective management, fundraising and accountability. The roles and responsibilities of the Local Federal Coordinating Committee are fully defined in CFR Part 950 - Combined Federal Campaign regulations.

Public Service Recognition-Cincinnati (PSR-C)

Mission - Charged with recognizing agencies, groups and individuals for superior service at all level of government. The Public Service Recognition Cincinnati (PSRC) Committee serves as facilitator of the Public Service Event, which is jointly sponsored by the Federal Executive Board, the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
