  Sherry Williams serves as the Western Region Director for the Federal Executive Board. In this role Sherry oversees an eight state area. In addition to managing regional staff, she is responsible for uniting top federal executives within the region, providing platforms for leaders unite under a shared vision of government service that is efficient, collaborative, and community focused. Her leadership ensures that the collective efforts of the FEBs not only advance federal operations but also significantly contribute to the well-being and support of local communities.  

  Prior to accepting this role, she worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for approximately five years in various roles. She served as the Program Manager for the Federal Grain Inspection Service, New Orleans Field Office. She also worked for USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service as the Associate Director for the National Detector Dog Training Center and as the Acting Director for the Professional Development Center.   

  Among her significant previous positions, Sherry served as the Associate Director for the Quality and Training Division and as the Associate Director for the Enrollment Eligibility Division for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Chief Business Office. Prior to her tenure with the Chief Business Office, she served as a Management Analyst, for the Veteran Affairs Office of Inspector General, Office of Audits and Evaluations where she planned and executed administrative operations pertaining to staffing and recruitment, and training and development for multiple field offices.  

  Sherry holds a Master of Science Degree in Management with a concentration in health care administration and human resource management. In addition, she is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow (FACHE) in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
