Countless examples of direct leadership successes and failures abound as one looks at the three days of Gettysburg. This Program is a highly effective experiential learning tool that demonstrates leadership lessons within the context of place and helps translate those leadership lessons into practical application. The idea is to draw from a vivid emotional experience some lasting insights into challenges that have confronted leaders for centuries.
